Unfortunately, I wasn't in the greatest shape on both days (by Sunday night I'd almost lost my voice. I also kept forgetting to change settings on my borrowed digital camera, and blurred all the shots I took of the player groups and the winners (as well as, sadly, a shot showing how )(*@#$#@ crowded it was much of the time, two and three deep at the door peering at our table).
Saturday we had about twenty-eight players, and a lot of repeat players. All of the players were new, but we got things rolling in a hurry anyway and they picked it up fast...And kept going for seven hours.
A brief lull in the playing,
most of the crowd gone for lunch
Combine forces advancing on a rather
static PE defense.
The advance from the Paneuropean
viewpoint.
...And the Combine view.
Some heated tactical discussions as GEVs
move out, beginning to intercept the Combine forces.
Combine GEVs charged in too close to a
group of enemy GEV-PCs...Infantry dismounting and preparing to
attack.
A Combine heavy armor group moves into
how range as enemy GEVs weave in and out, harrassing them.
Sunday was much more relaxed, even if I could barely talk. Around a dozen folks wandered in and out, for the most part the game was eight players at any given time. Additionally, two were from the day before so I had less coaching to do and more help...Which was good, as I had almost lost my voice by the end of it all!
Paneuropean armor spearheads
into a well-defended city, but takes a terrible toll doing it.
The MUCH smaller playing group.
The ever-growing loaner line-up.
Players looking a little nervous as
their forces collide.

strong point as Paneuropean forces arrive to the south.
